Confirm medical entities to pull out of the medical records #1

Hi @sesola can you please list here which medical entities you need Jon's software to pull out of the medical records please?

At the moment we know we'll need:

-List of current medications -Past medical problems -How fit/well is the patient( ECOG 0-4) -Other active medical problems (other than cancer. e.g. bleeding, infection) -Scan report -Biopsy report -Active cancer therapy and what type( e.g. hormones, chemo, radiation or none at all) -Previous clinical trials -Latest treatment decision taken by clinical team -Allergies -Blood test result ( heamoglobin, kidney and liver blood test results etc) -Genetic test results -Patients previously expressed wishes for what type of cancer therapy he/she prefers ( e.g. chemo be surgery

Hi @sesola I think my comment on #8 applies to this. For each one, we need a clear and full list please of what terms we can expect it to return for each of these criteria.
