When viewing all patients I am able to click an export button to export all matching trials for each of the patients in one PDF

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Export all data as PDF button at top of the list which will trigger a download of a PDF containing all information about the patients and matching clinical trials, including:
- [ ] Patient ID
- [ ] Number of matching clinical trials that are recruiting
- [ ] Then a list of the clinical trials with more details as outlined in #29
