Text not showing for resource downloads

Please select the priority level by adding one of the following labels to this issue?

Priority-2 (High e.g. Core functionality is not working)

Describe the bug and the expected behaviour.

On the resources page, the text for the downloads is no longer showing, and is blanked out so people cannot see which resources they are downloading.

Chrome, Microsoft Edge

A volunteer flagged this, not sure what browser they were using. It's not showing on mobile either.

Hi @ShannonTrust @cyberteenie - I think this is fixed now. I was unsure what the original design of the text was so I've used the text bold - let me know if you want any changes

Just noticed one thing, under the 'general' resources tab the last resource says 'this is some text inside a div block' - could we get rid of that one please? Guessing it's just an extra one or an error..?
