Restore compilation of cmxs for 5.0 #727

The dynlink library has been moved into a subdirectory in the distribution. So in OCaml 5.0 ctypes.cmxs is not compiled and not installed.

Do you accept that I add this has a patch in opam for the last published version of ctypes?

I'd prefer to make a patch release (which I can do in a few days' time).
