Cannot enter data #38

I can not get any of the input fields to work.

I've tried in Firefox and Chrome on an OS X platform. Not able to input any 
information into the input fields of check any on the checkbox fields.

Nevermind... I see now that you have to click the "Add" button before entering 
data into the fields. Clever...
