rhythm editing mode: baseline #12

With a series of note changes, we need to start nailing down some concrete values.

For baseline: We need enough so that the lead notes make sense with the pad chord changes.

It doesn't need to play nicely with lyric-mode.

For FAWM-able results, we can turn the audio-length in to a note for export.

The new main mode may have caused this need to disappear.
