export drums properly to Lilypond and MIDI #16

Proper drum support involves supporting tempo as well as time signature in both the MIDI as well as the Lilypond export.

They might be exported to MIDI now. Not sure. Since the goal is Lilypond fake/lead sheets for FAWM 2017, this isn't a priority.
