Why import an audio file when we can import the mic and create the file first?
The emphasis on improvised work changes the needs here from standard DAW stuff.
Should there be an actual "record" mode that provides for chord changes and a metronome? (Need a key reminder, but probably not lead support.)
If we're recording both at the same time, we could sketch out the import file automatically (for fixed tempos).
The easy next-chord feature would be nice, but otherwise this is a subset of what is available in a standard DAW.
