Shipping rule changes are not saved #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the shipping rule list of a shipping method in the admin area
2. Change the one of the values of a shipping rule (i.e. min, max, Price)
3. Move to another field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The updated field is marked yellow, but the changes are not saved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN, rev. 518
