Nothing added to playlist by D&D when "restore playlist on startup" is unchecked #130

Nothing added to playlist by D&D of some FLAC files.
But play button is enabled by D&D and if pressed, program crashes.

Affected version: PlayPcmWin 4.0.50 through 4.0.54

PlayPcmWin 4.0.46 works and 4.0.49 does not work.

this problem occurs also on WAV files.

4.0.56 does not produces any error message on file drop. nothing happens when 
file drops
so it seems this bug is not caused by exception handling

How to reproduce this problem:

1. Start PPW
2. [Detailed settings] and uncheck restore playlist on startup
3. close detailed settings window and close PPW
4. Start PPW

Fixed on PlayPcmWin 4.0.58
