PSPGo Resume Game Unable To Delete #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up any ISO or Homebrew app
2. Hit the home button and select resume game
3. Delete the resume game and then restart the VSH.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the resume game to be deleted. Instead, it 
re-appears every time you exit a game or restart the VSH.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.20 Pro-B7 
PSPGo! N1003 
Model: 5G

It's because of the side effect of hiberation resume deletion prevent code. 
Disable it and you can delete it.
