Feature Request: Port CIPL Flasher for 6.20 and 6.35 if possible #122

Self explanatory and I'm pretty sure some users that have hackable PSPs will 
prefer a lower firmware of PRO (6.20) or lower firmware of PRO with Qriocity 
(6.35).
