NJ's CPS1/CPS2/NEOGEO emulators crash using volume keys #13

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PSP 3010 with HEN PRO 6.20 (not permanent patch);
2. Start any of the NJ's emulators;
3. Load any game, try to use volume keys. The game hangs and the watchdog shuts
down the PSP (violently!)

Not sure if its an issue with the HEN, but this never happened before with
others (nothing but the memory issues, which are fixed in the current PRO. I'm
using PRO anyways, thanks for your excellent work! :-)

I cannot reproduce this on a PSP 02g with PRO-B6 perma, using CPS2PSP 2.2.5
from http://nj-emu.tfact.net/ . Volume keys behave normally with no shutdown.

Could you share your emulator files? I'd like to diff them, just to be sure.

http://nj-emu.tfact.net/files/cps2psp_2.3.1_for_slim.zip I'm fairly sure the
official release of this program was hardcoded for 2000. Perhaps you'll have
better luck with this one.

Later I have the same issue. This issue is caused by the version 2.3.1 FOR
SLIM. If you used 2.3.1 for 3.xx users, this error can't appeared.
By the way, the loading of roms like Marvel vs. Capcom in the 3.xx
users-version is fast than the other versionl
Hope it help, and sorry for my english (i'm brazilian)
