I use 6.39 3k with PSPLink which often crashes. After every crash I have to 
launch fast recovery, then psplink, which is annoying. Unfortunately, psplink 
cannot be signed (requires kernel mode)

Could you create a simple mod of Fast Recovery which would launch cfw and 
directly after that an eboot from path specified in .txt file?

It's not so that easy because the necessary patches for CFW to run arbitrary 
executable are after reboot.
