chore(mapping): update mapping with new and renamed icons #25

This PR adds, removes, and renames icons in the mapping table to correspond with the latest release of the font. Let me know if backwards compatibility with older versions of the font is desired and I can add any removed icons back.

NOTE: I also reordered a few icons at the end of the table so all keys are in alphabetical order.
