Add option to delete old now-obsolete world files #9

Add options for dedicated servers to add in an argument (btw patch note writer made a typo and wrote --cesiumConvertToAnvil 2 times) like --cesiumDeleteObsoleteFiles and for client, a checkbox for it.

Thanks. The changelog on GitHub and modrinth has been updated to correctly name both available flags. As for your feature request, I'll probably take a look at it in the next days, though I'm not sure if I want Cesium to automatically delete any files even if they are redundant. I'll leave this issue open for now until I made a decision regarding that matter.
