Plugin's functionality gets lost after going back in history #16

I already emailed you about this, I am writting the issue here because I realized this place seems more appropiate.

I noticed that when you translate a couple of things and then you go back in history (Alt+left arrow) to see previous translations, you lose the plugin's functionality.
