Wrong error message in RULES file #6

Running hBN/RT I get the following ERROR message in the RULES file:

hBN/RT/11_ypp-serial-bug-fixes/o-11_ypp.YPP-eps_along_E : VALUE(#501) @COL# 6 is 0.12165 [REF] vs 0.12146 [OUT] corresponding to 94.175 [% RELATIVE TO MAX]

Attached the two files which are compared which is not correct since the two values are almost identical and do not differ by 94% o-11_ypp.YPP-eps_along_E_OUT.txt o-11_ypp.YPP-eps_along_E_REF.txt

Ciao. I see now that the test-suite run clean. Is still this problem present?
