Yambo on ARM architectures #155

The changes in this branch are aimed at enabling Yambo's configure script to recognize the ARM architecture. No modifications have been made to the Fortran source code.

Currently, the only supported compiler is GCC; support for the Fujitsu compiler will be added in the future.

I just merge the branch with "ydriver back in the main source" into tech-master.

If you sync with it, for me it is then fine to proceed with this merge as well.
