configure script failings #25

the configuration script seems to really hate accepting some of the options given to it. Currently, it keeps selecting to compile its own internal BLACS/ScaLAPACK even though I am specifying to it that I want it to use the MKL versions. config.log doesn't even show it testing for the existence of ScaLAPACK or BLACS.
