Yamcs instance support

Should enhance the support in Yamcs Studio when several instances are available on the Yamcs server:

• DataLink View is buggy, displaying datalinks from both instances
• Upper left control that displays list of available processor is not populated properly (showing processor of another instance)
• The current instance should be displayed clearly (more visible than on the window title)
