Connection Window - NPE

If authentication is enableb on server:

• connect Yamcs Studio to the server using credential, select connect at startup
• close Yamcs Studio
• open Yamcs Studio, a pop up is display requesting login.
• enter login and click connect -> A Java Null Pointer Exception is displayed.

Workaround: close the pop up window and use the main connection window.
