The old orbit repository URL does not longer exist so I replaced it with
an official one from the "Recommended: Long term, persisted repositories." list
on https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/
Note that org.apache.batik.ext was nowhere to be found, but it also
does not seem to be used or required so I just removed it altogether.
