USER STORY (#16) : Create lesson draft #38

As a Site Admin I can create a draft for a lesson so that I can come back to finish writing the lesson details later

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The admin should be able to create and edit the class details and select the state as "draft" or "published"
  2. Only "Published" classes is visible on the front end
