Add support for `make data-flat` #104

The flat structure was there initially and SnakeYAML Engine already relies on it. The hierarchy would be a major change in the test code of SnakeYAML Engine

I do, but it looks like it requires too much work for others. I found my way. I can survive in any way since I transform it flat with the provided script. I hope there will no more major changes in the stricture of the test suite
