Add Antarctica (AQ) flag #5

My idea is to add Antarctica flag, even if it is unofficial, we already have flags not only for countries but for continents, too, and we are missing Antarctica. Code: AQ.

Hello @yammadev. That's a good idea, this flag has a similar style to other continents' flags in this repository, I also use it on my own site.
