Black blocks in paper mario #321

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to use Paper Mario ROM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see object that look normal, instead each object has black boxes 
around it. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Napalm WX Release 1

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried everything to fix this problem, no setting can fix it.
