Use lower target #3

Since there is no special need, can you decrease the level of java target version, those who need to raise can raise their own, but you can not decrease it if library needs 17, so...maybe 11 java will be good option :\

Thank you for your suggestion, you are right, I have tested it in my environment and it does not support java 11.

I will improve it in the next few days.

The issue was resolved in release v1.2.0
