Online Store: Export - custom settings #172

When exporting orders and customers from the Online Store, it should be 
possible to select which fields (customer name, order #, etc.) that should be 
used.
It should also be possible to enter a label for the columns and choose a 
delimiter ("/'/;/etc.)
