Missing file 'utils' #1

First of all, thank you so much for sharing the code, but during the code running, I have found that the file named 'utils' was missing. So I am writing to ask you to upload the missing file at your convenience. And another issue is that there are some variables and functions are unresolved reference such as 'data_loader_fn' in the '0_raim_trainer.py' . Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, I found the utils package is useless. Actually, you can just delete it. But do you know how to convert the data to .npz? I found the author used the dataset with .npz format, which is not mentioned in the introduction code.
