Configure Matconvnet and run demo #3

1592048384(1) 1 I had a bug with the above image while configuring Matconvnet: 'cl.exe' was not an internal or external command, nor was it a running program.I don't know why, some people on the Internet said to change clPATH, but After I changed it, I still can't. In addition, if you want to run the demo you gave, do you need to do any configuration I hope you can take the time out of your busy schedule to reply my question. Thank you

@strive160 此电脑右键->属性->高级系统设置->环境变量->系统变量->Path编辑新建添加C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.26.28801\bin\Hostx64\x64，并将x64\cl.exe也添加环境变量，重启matlab即可
