Duplicate attraction entries not clearly defined #1

In add-attraction UG defined duplicate attractions as same name AND location.

But it seems to only check for name of attraction as they can be duplicate location

Like what you said, duplicate attractions need to have both the same name AND location. In your example, the locations are the same but the names are different, so they are considered different attractions.
