What is missing for the v1.0.0 release ?

Hi,@toufreach5! We need to write tests as per the checklist. But since i've been using this version in production for a long period of time, i can release this as is, so you don't need to wait for it.

RC version is already published here https://github.com/yandex-cloud/cq-source-yc/releases/tag/v1.0.0-rc5, so you can try.
