ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'atari_wrappers' #508

Atari Modules are not available to be downloaded from the current notebook. Therefore, I added the download links to them, besides the updated the gym environment to be compatible with them.

Download atari_wrappers.py script from GitHub.
Download env_batch.py script from GitHub.
Download runners.py script from GitHub.
Update the gym environment to be compatible with the atari environment.

Thank you for your contributions — they are much appreciated. This course is not really maintained on a permanent basis, so we don't have much capacity for these kinds of things. Glad to see people find our materials useful!

I am the one who has to thank you, @dniku. You guys are incredibly the best ppl I found providing academically effortless courses for AI. As an AI research Engineer who just started his journey in AI for 2 years, I decided to get back and start again from here because I see that there are things here that are not in the other places. The way you handle AI courses here is fabulously out of sight. I am taking this seriously. As I mentioned, I am working now as an AI research engineer, so guys if there is anything I can help you with, please let me know. I am open to contributing anytime. Also, I am still in week 07. Because I am also using other papers from outside and also adding useful articles that I found interesting and important for the specific week.
