[Week 06] Simplify Colab initialization and do some cleanup in the notebook #521

There have been some complaints recently about the support for the A2C notebook in Colab. Here, I simplify the initialization of this notebook by removing the hardcoded versions for several packages.

I have tested that this notebook is still solvable end-to-end with the new setup.
