Hi! Made some changes in notebooks:

week_02/seminar1_student.ipynb: edited link in markdown;
week_09/seminar4_student.ipynb: added downloading necessary files (wavs_need.txt, test_phones.txt, fallback_rules.txt) for colab users, corrected installing praat-textgrids instead of textgrids, fixed filenames parsing in alignment;
week_11/fastpitch_hw3.ipynb: fixed typos;
week_13/seminar.ipynb: fixed Latex.
