Use emsdk:3.1.43 not emsdk:latest #269

As mentioned here https://github.com/yaneurao/YaneuraOu/pull/265. First I tried 3.1.47, which built fine, but didn't work in browser. So I endep using 3.1.43, which is what was last used. Tested k-p build.
