Define standard .nfo structure. YANFOE.v2 does support YAMJ and XBMC nfo files, and others could be made.
If the .nfo that is in the folder with the movie does not have the information in the right structure it will get ignored.
Try it.
e.g Put an .nfo with just the imdb 'http://www.imdb.com//tt----' url in it and it's not used or scanned by Yanfoe.
However if the .nfo is one that had been generated by Yanfoe ver1 everything works.
Ah yes. Just a link in the nfo is not there yet. Remember V1 and V2 are 100% different code bases so don't expect feature parody yet. But I'll put this request on the list.
Didn't mean to close the issue.
Hi Russell, Yep, got you. Lining them up so you can knock 'em down.
Cool bud. Keep em coming :)
Problem is if the local .nfo is not in a standard .nfo structure, as generated by ver1, then the movie title info is not found.
I would find it benificial if the Yanfoe was to search for the tt----------- number inside ANY .nfo file in the same folder as the movie. With priority given to the .nfo matching the movie title.
Alot of movies I have come with their own .nfo with the correct info in them just not in the format that Yanfoe generates.
This way a correctly structured and named .nfo would be generated, and used if loaded again.
I'm sure most of this is already in Ver1.
