Add react-storybook #35

Hi @yang-wei

I thought you might be interested in using react-storybook to help build and demonstrate rd3 graphs. I have written some on my fork over here. Let me know if you have any questions.

This is a very good way for demonstration but IMO we still need documentation to show all the props a component can accept.

So to reduce the complexity I won't consider this for now. I think jsfiddle will be a good fit for now =)
