Files added during crash callback missing from report when video enabled #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. crInstall 
2. crAddVideo 
later
3. crGenerateErrorReport
4. Inside the crash callback call crAddFile2 add some more files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The files added during the callback are missing from the generated report. When 
I shutdown my application another report is generated containing only the files 
added in the callback.
This only happens when video recording is enabled.

What version of CrashRpt are you using?
1.4.2
What is your version of Visual Studio?
2008
What is your version of Windows operating system?
Windows 7
