Feature Request: Support for aquacomputer aquero #252

The Aquero from Aquacomputer.de is a fan and pump controller similar to the 
heatmaster.
It also connects via usb.
It monitors multiple temperatures and adjusts fans. It also supports 2 
flowsensors.

There is a sdk at http://aquacomputer.de/software.html .

Please add support for it.

I've added this support in a local copy here :)

the sdk is useless, you needed the DeviceAccess.dll from the aquasuite software.

once i work out how to properly do all the open source stuff :) i'll check it 
in.. plus it'll need review ofcourse.
