Feature Request: detect GPU switch in certain HP model laptops #290

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I am using OHM 0.3.2 beta with Windows 7 64-bit in an HP DV7-4263CL laptop.
This model is one that has two GPUs present: a Radeon HD 4250 and a Radeon HD
6370. The AMD Catalyst software has a power management option to switch
between them automatically when the power source changes. OHM detects both
GPUs, but only displays certain information for the active one (obviously). I
configured a tooltray icon to display the 6370 GPU's temperature, but I
discovered a problem: when I shift to battery power and then revert to mains
power - and perhaps also recover from hibernation - this icon for the GPU does
not get restored automatically. I must use File|Reset in order to (apparently)
force OHM to re-detect the active GPU and refresh a relevant tooltray icon.

Ideally OHM should detect the GPU switch and automatically refresh all relevant
displays.
