Power Supply Measure #340

An useful function to add to the app is that it can measure the Power Supply 
Output (+5V +12V +3.3V).
I tried the app on many computers and i works great but i cant see the Power 
Supply Output and in some cases the Smart values of the HDD. But i think that 
is really useful to add this feature to Open Hardware Monitor.
