Right now, when shrinking the app window size, the subscription pane hides automatically if the app window width is less than a certain size. Sometimes this couldn't be the desired behaviour

add a small pinpoint icon on the subscription pane so that it doesn't automatically hide during window resizings. Also a resizable subscription pane width could be beneficial.
