Remove Paywall/Login #579

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a bunch of Medium Feeds and some of the articles on them are member only Articles.

Describe the solution you'd like We can bypass the Paywall/Login Modal using 12ft.io as a prefix to the URLs.

The solution can be a simple radio button or a toggle for the specific source. This will prepend 12ft.io to all the articles URLs and load them.

That site only brings internal server error; all it does regarding the description is disabling javascript. Just use pi.hole or something like it, it is much better.
