Unable to move window on the Desktop #599

Describe the bug Unable to move the app window around. I can only extend the window by dragging its borders. It is a strange behavior that we must be in the app preference to be able to move the window around. Otherwise, the app window remains litteraly stuck on the desktop.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the app right after FIRST install.
  2. Immediately try to slide/move the app window on your desktop.

Expected behavior The window should move.
