Error 403 when adding 'The Hackers News' RSS feed #679

Describe the bug Error 403 when adding https://feeds.feedburner.com/TheHackersNews

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Settings'
On the Sources tab, copy the RSS feed link in the add source field.
Click the 'Add' button
See error

Expected behavior The RSS feed is added to the list

I just moved from Inoreader to Fluent (Windows) and imported all my feeds. None of the feeds using a feedburner.com URL imported successfully. Fortunately there were only 3 of them and I found other sites (usually the blog site itself). Here are 2 that didn't work with Fluent (but work with Inoreader) https://feeds.feedburner.com/MichaelGeistsBlog https://feeds.feedburner.com/DriveTeslaCanada
