Several improvements

Thanks for your work. We forked this repository and made some changes you may appreciate.

• Display URL mapping path variable names
• Fixed array of objects definition
• Fixed path overriding when different HTTP methods with same URI
• Ignore Command objects for HTTP GET body
• Make strict use of references for objects
• Removed cyclic references workaround since this is handled by new version of Swagger UI
• Implemented Github workflow for publishing to registry
• Updated Gradle and Grails version
• Updated Swagger and Swagger UI (removed unused assets)
• Render SwaggerUI dynamically

We are also working on a Grails 5 integration.
