Missing Evaluation Code for Reproducing Results #4

Great Repo, Only the evaluation code is not present, I want to reproduce the numbers from the paper.

Is it possible to have the evaluation code?

We refactored the whole project to improve the readability of the code, but haven't finished adapting the review code yet. However, we kept the old version of the evaluation code (gene_submission.py)
