High intensity voxels eaten away #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load attached CT image
2. Move cursor to (239, 386) image co-ordinates
3. There is a strange eaten away region

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal cortical bone expected. But its eaten away.

Not reproducible with version PreOpenSourceRevision 340. Closing.
